Comments, Suggestions and Constructive Criticism

How are we doing?
We want to do all we can to make your visit to the Field House Athletic Club the most enjoyable, safe and educational experience possible. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If we fall short, we want to know —so that we can fix it! If we do well, we also want to know — so that we can repeat it! Please fill out our comment cards (placed in the locker rooms) or talk to us directly. We care very much how you’re doing — and we also need to know how we’re doing!

Babysitting
The cost for babysitting at the Field House Athletic Club is $5 per visit or $250 a year for the first child. The second child in a family is $200 for the year. Please fill out an application at the front desk and be sure to make us aware of any special conditions or needs your child might have. We ask that you observe the following guidelines regarding use of our babysitting facilities:
1. Babysitting is limited to children ages six months to six years.
2. You must sign up or call for childcare services in advance. This helps us maintain our child to provider ratio of six to one.
3. Please sign your child (or children) in and out of the facility.
4. All children (especially the younger ones) should have slept and been changed before coming into the TFHAC. TFHAC is not responsible for changing diapers.
5. Do not bring your children into the childcare if they are sick. We ask that no child who has had a temperature of over 101° during the last 24 hours come to the club. Any signs of the common cold, flu, vomiting or diarrhea will cause us to ask you to take your child home immediately.
6. Any personal toys or food brought into the kids’ room should be clearly marked with your name.
7. Our Babysitting facility is nut free so please refrain from packing any nut products for your child.
8. Please be aware that if we are having particular problems with your child, you may be approached during your workout for some help.
9. One and one half hour limit per visit.
We reserve the right to alter or add to these guidelines. Please check with staff about a current policies list. We want your child to have a safe and happy time with us. Let us know if there is anything more we can do!
